Please remember to close your bedroom windows when leaving your room as baboons and monkeys are patiently waiting to invade your snacks and toiletry bags.
As per our Hotel Terms & Conditions we have a STRICT no smoking policy in all our rooms.
We do experience power cuts without warning throughout Zimbabwe. Please note that all our Hotels have generator backup. Change-over will take a few minutes as our generators need a short warm up period, we will then light up your lives again!
We ask our valued Guests to be aware that Victoria Falls is within a National Parks and Wildlife Area. All animals are WILD.
For your safety, please do not feed or interact with any animals especially elephant, hippo, baboons, monkeys, mongoose and warthogs.
We do have a baby cot. Please check with the Receptionist on duty for availability.
There are two complimentary bottles of water in your room on your arrival. Should you need additional bottles of water, please purchase directly from Reception.
Our Breakfast Restaurant is open from 6:30am to 10am daily.
Please do not hesitate to contact Reception should you need an extra blanket.
